Diamond Gallery’s Response to COVID-19
We hope this message finds you well and that you and your family are staying healthy. Much like you, there has been a lot for our family business to process in recent days as we navigate reopening. We want to ensure you, as our client, feels safe and secure while at the Diamond Gallery. Things will be different as we move forward, but rest assured that the same level of service and quality of work will never change! Our purpose remains:
• offering and crafting jewellery with longevity, pieces that can be repaired, repurposed and handed down to future generations.
• working with responsibly sourced gemstones and recycled gold
• ensuring we continue to support our community by giving back
In order to continue offering our clientele the Diamond Gallery experience safely, we have decided to reopen by appointment only. If you need a wedding band, we’ll walk you through the process. Simply make an appointment. If you want to try engagement rings on in person, make an appointment and come on over. If your antique jewelry needs a replacement stone, or a repair or resizing, make an appointment—we’ll help you out just like always. Looking for a gift for your loved one or thinking of ReDesigning your grandmother’s diamond brooch into a new ring? Sounds wonderful! In-Store COVID-19 Safety Procedures

•we encourage you to wear a face mask
•our staff will be wearing a face mask while working with you
•acrylic safety shields have been installed in-store
•frequent sanitization of entire space
•we are currently not offering our ring cleaning service or watch battery changes for health reasons
